Funny bird!

Who is it? Where does it come from?  Is this funny bird truly exist or is it just a fake picture?

If this funny bird truly exists, I would not like to be a fish in a lake near its nest! :-)

    Ah, that would a Norwegian Blue with its ever solovely plumage. A rare treat to find one that’s not sleeping. Norwegian Blues are commonly found sleeping and often thought to be dead.
